Sharjah's developed economy requires a smart mobility model which is far from relying solely on cars as means of transportation.
The mobility infrastructure must be able to adapt to the transportation challenges that are specific to Sharjah. Consequently, SUPC is working on introducing sustainable transport solutions that cater to the city as a whole. From buses to metros, trains, and trams, and the initiation of bicycle lanes across the city, smart mobility is the key to pollution reduction, and a propeller of growth and a better- functioning socio-economic system.
